Reports of violations

The scope of information reported by the Whistleblower

  • corruption;
  • public procurement;
  • financial services, products and markets;
  • prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • product safety and compliance with requirements;
  • transport safety;
  • environmental protection;
  • radiological protection and nuclear safety;
  • food and feed safety;
  • animal health and welfare;
  • public health;
  • consumer protection;
  • privacy and personal data protection;
  • security of networks and information systems;
  • financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government units, and the European Union;
  • the internal market of the European Union, including public-law rules on competition, state aid, and corporate taxation;
  • constitutional freedoms as well as human and civil rights in relations between individuals and public authorities, not related to the areas listed above.

How to report a violation of the law

Reporting channels
  • In writing to the company’s registered office: Epol Holding Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Targowa 9A, 90-042 Łódź, with the note “Report” on the envelope.
  • By email to: sygnalista@epolholding.com, with the subject line “Whistleblower – Report”.
  • In person: by arranging a meeting after submitting a written request or an email message.

Reports that do not concern the above-mentioned areas of violations, or that are not submitted through the specified reporting channels, are not processed under the violation reporting procedure.

The submission should include
  • the date and place of the incident,
  • the nature of the violation,
  • the persons involved in the violation,
  • witnesses to the violation,
  • evidence confirming the violation (if available to the reporting person),
  • information on whether the violation has been reported to other external entities,
  • the whistleblower’s full name, telephone number, and email address.

In accordance with the provisions on whistleblower protection, appropriate measures will be taken to safeguard the identity of the whistleblower and the information provided.
